Construction of the IOCL State Office Campus in Bengaluru comprising residential, office, and utility buildings, including complete civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and external infrastructure works to deliver a fully integrated mixed-use campus.
BHEL - Super Critical Power Plant
Location: Udangudi, Thoothukudi Dt, Tamil NaduTotal Area: ~ 10,00,000 Sqft
Execution of civil and architectural works for the 2×660 MW Udangudi Super Critical Thermal Power Project, including water and cooling systems, non-plant buildings, RCC structures, architectural finishes, utilities, roads, drainage, and external infrastructure.
