Description

The proposed VIT K Block Ladies Hostel consists of G plus 17 floors with a total built up area of 375000 square feet. In this project, the lower ground floor, upper ground floor, and the dining facility at the first floor were constructed using form finished concrete to achieve an exposed concrete finish for architectural purposes, ensuring a superior surface appearance and long term durability. Self compacting concrete was used along with the PERI Vario and Multiflex formwork system to ensure high quality workmanship, dimensional accuracy, and faster execution. The adoption of advanced construction techniques reflects the strong trust and confidence placed by the client in B and B for delivering complex high rise institutional projects with consistent quality.
