Description

This project is an EPC contract by Chennai Metro Rail Limited, spanning approximately 150,000 square feet. Located above twin metro tunnels positioned 8.5 meters below ground, the commercial complex presents unique construction challenges. B&B’s responsibilities include the complete design, development, and construction of the complex, as well as external site developments, boundary walls, gates, and essential external and internal services. The work covers foundation, structural, MEP, HVAC systems, full finishing, lifts, landscaping, and statutory approvals.
