Consequently with Lockdowns due to Pandemic breathing down our neck B&B’s Resilient Supply chain helped maintain progress making this a Pandemic Resilient Structure. Optimal use of Technology coupled with Innovative Digital tools , Strength and weakness Matrixes , Operations Research helped us in allocation of resources as well as an efficient execution of the project
